All orders ship based on a flat rate cost, based on weight:
0 - 1lb : $5
1.01lb - 5lb: $10
5.01lb - 20lb: $15

I placed multiple orders. Can I combine shipping?
We are happy to combine shipping on multiple orders placed on the same day, before we have pulled/printed shipping labels. Please message us via the contact us link to let us know. Putting a comment with your second order is helpful, but you must also send us a message via the link (no messages on social media please). Please note that we are always striving to turn orders around within one day so please be aware of this and message quickly.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days, but usually within 1. During large releases, this time can increase to a week. At times, particularly with jewelry, we may be operating via pre-order which will be detailed via newsletter/social media.
How will my items be shipped?
All orders under 1lb are shipped First Class Mail. Over 1lb are typically shipped USPS but may ship via UPS (particularly those orders over 10lbs). This is at our discretion based on cost, particularly since most of our larger/heavier orders ship for free. Please allow 10 full days for receipt domestically before contacting us about shipment.
Does JBS Mercantile ship internationally?
We are currently only shipping domestically and to Canada (please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery).
Can I return my purchase for a refund?
We do not accept returns except in the case of damaged items which must be reported within 2 weeks.
Please note that returns are also not accepted in the case that an item does not fit. Please be sure to read all of the item details which will include size information where applicable.
