I placed multiple orders.  Can I combine shipping?

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple orders placed on the same day, before we have pulled/printed shipping labels.  Please message us via the contact us link to let us know.  Putting a comment with your second order is helpful, but you must also send us a message via the link (no messages on social media please).  Please note that we are always striving to turn orders around within one day so please be aware of this and message quickly.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders typically are shipped in 3 or less business days.  However, when there has been a large release or we are attending a show, this time may increase to 7 to 10 calendar days. Please message us with any time constraints and we will accommodate to the best of our abilities.

How will my items be shipped?

All orders ship First Class or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight of package.  This is at our discretion based on cost of shipment.  Please allow 8 full days for receipt domestically before contacting us about shipment status of your order.

Does JBS Mercantile ship internationally?

We are currently only shipping within the US and its territories.

Can I return my purchase for a refund?

We do not accept returns except in the case of damaged items, which must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
